J’ai eu quelques complications avec le suivi du statut de livraison mais le vendeur a été très réactif et a su m’aider. L’article est très beau et répond à mes attentes.

Product looks and works great, but it is possible that the wooden balls/pearls can become a bit loose during a long journey (in my case all the way to Germany). When I mentioned this, I was immediately offered a refund or replacement, thank you for your great customer service!

Only strong enough for smaller things like my Dog's leash! A tote bag or purse will bend it

These hooks look just as good as the pictures from the shop, they look great in our home, and hold so many jackets and bags, it's been a great upgrade from the coat hooks we had that couldn't handle everything we had hanging on them.

Beautiful knob. Thant being said the installation is not very secure,. The knob ended up coming off the hardware when I pulled a towel off it, and it fell and cracked in half.
