Changed your mind? Return any unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

1. Email us at support@gooomi.com with your order number.
2. Ship it back in its original packaging to the address we provide.
3. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

Details:

• Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except when the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover it with a replacement or refund.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is our fault.
